The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F☀️ck: Book Review

I had read The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F☀️ck by Mark Manson a few days ago.The book is published by Harper Collins US and is available on (Click Here) for Rs 249.

I found this book with some awesome key takeaways,to mention a few:

🧡”The only struggle in one’s life is learning how to focus and prioritize your thoughts effectively -how to pick and choose what matters to you and what doesn’t,based on finely honed personal values.”

🧡”The idea that the more you pursue feeling better all the time, the less satisfied you become,as pursuing something only reinforces the fact that you lack it in the first place.”

🧡”You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of.You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.”

🧡”If you’re able to not give a f*ck about the pain, you become unstoppable.”

✴I found the book’s theme relatable as it covers almost all those issues, which in fact don’t deserve to be issues at all and still bother most of us to an extent that makes us suffer.

✴The only thing I found discomforting in this book is the number of times the F word has been used, while the cover of the book says f*ck,the author has used the uncensored word on almost every page. Why not a contextual synonym of the word? But then that’s what the book is about, not giving a F!So I focused on only the good things from the book!

✴While reading,I often thought… how about gifting the book to those fond of poking noses in others’ lives, making it issue of national or global importance!!!No offence intended.
